Dimensional and functional precision of turned and heat treated rings made of 100 Cr 6 (SAE
52100 chrome steel) material is achieved by grinding operation. In this process face, outer diameter, inner diameter, raceway grinding and super finishing operations are performed.
Tolerances are at the micron level.
All the necessary parameters for a quality bearing meeting international standards are checked at
every stage of production. Design of all kinds of standard and special types and customized
manufacturing processes can be applied in line with customer requirements.
Inner rings, outer rings and other bearing components, machined with micron precision and
accuracy, are assembled on automated lines. The inner and outer rings are matched, the balls are
placed, the cages are fitted and riveted, and finally the grease is applied and the seals/shields are
fitted. Our assembly lines ensure 100% control of all the necessary parameters for a quality
bearing compliant with international standards. After seals/shields are fitted, final inspections are
made and Bearings are preserved with the conservation oil. The last operation of the production process is the packaging operation. Just as customized
design and manufacture of all kinds of standard and special types can be applied, packaging in line
with customer requirements can be made as well.
Anadolu Rulman started manufacture of Ø6mm - Ø60mm and up to 6meter long precison bars which are induction hardened and grinded at modern production lines in 2011 Customized manufacturing of bars in desired diameter, length, and tolerances can be applied in line with customer requirements.
